The Beadle has several furnished one and two bedroom suites set aside for rent by individuals, corporations and other organizations for terms of one month or longer at a substantial savings over the nightly room rates. RESERVATIONS THROUGH A TRAVEL AGENT OR OVER THE INTERNET THAT ARE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CHECK IN MUST BE CONFIRMED BY PHONE AT (773) 493-5140. Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card. A DEPOSIT EQUAL TO THE FIRST NIGHT'S ROOM RATE IS CHARGED AT THE TIME A RESERVATION IS MADE. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of check in are subject to the first night’s room rate. Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by The Beadle.

The one bedroom suite rates are for two adults, the two bedroom rates for four adults. Extra persons in the suite, including children, must be approved prior to checking in. There is a $10 charge per extra person per night. There is no charge for infants under one-year old.

Please note that unlike a traditional hotel or inn, we do not have a 24 hour front desk, which makes it important that you notify us in advance of your expected time of arrival. We can arrange for your check in at any time of day or night as long as we know your plans ahead of time.

CHECK IN IS BETWEEN 2 PM AND 5 PM. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO CHECK IN DURING THESE TIMES, YOU MUST NOTIFY US AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO ARRANGE FOR AN EARLY OR LATE CHECK IN. Check out is 12 noon. Guests who are traveling later in the day may store their luggage in The Beadle office until 4:30 PM.

Non-smoking environment. No smoking is permitted in the guest rooms or on the Inn property, including the outside decks and parking area. A cleaning fee equal to one night’s room rate will charged to any guest not following the no smoking policy.

Pet policy. Dogs are accepted in three of the guest suites by prior arrangement only. Dogs must not be left in the guest suites unattended and pet owners are liable for any damage caused by their pets. There is a $15 per night charge for each pet.
